Wooster, Ohio. The county seat of Wayne County, Ohio. Located in northeastern Ohio, the city lies approximately 50 miles south-southwest of Cleveland, 35 mi southwest of Akron and 30 mi west of Canton. The population was 27,232 at the 2020 census. The College of Wooster is located there.
