    White People (Caucasian). A racial classification that generally refers to people who are primarily of European ancestry. It can also refer to skin color, but the definition can vary depending on nationality, ethnicity, context, and point of view.

    According to the 2020 U.S. Census, 235,411,507 people in the U.S. identified as white, either alone or in combination with other races, making up 71.02% of the total population. Of those, 204,277,273 identified as white alone, while 31,134,234 identified as multiracial.
