Kurt Vonnegut (1922-2007, age 84). An American author known for his satirical and darkly humorous novels. He published 14 novels, three short-story collections, five plays, and five nonfiction works over fifty-plus years; further collections have been published since his death.
Along with Frank Zappa, Steve Allen, Leonard Bernstein, and Bishop Paul Moore, provided support to Fundamentalists Anonymous in the 1980’s.
Born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He died in Manhattan, New York City.
