Born and raised on Roosevelt Island in New York City, Prokić got his start with the nationally-recognized Main Street Theatre & Dance Alliance (MST&DA) founded by Worth & Nancy Howe and headed today by the talented Kristi Towey. Prokić has performed in Annie, Little Shop of Horrors, School House Rock and Peter Pan.
At Manhattan’s Talent Unlimited High School, Prokić acted in The Actor’s Nightmare (Christopher Durang), The Game’s Afoot (Ken Ludwig), and Glass Menagerie (Tennessee William).
He has interned with Youth Corps at Park Avenue Armory and received a scholarship from the Theatre Development Fund.
He speaks both English and Serbian and enjoys boxing, basketball, baseball, soccer, and skating.
