Neurodiversity. A term that describes the natural differences in how people’s brains work and how they perceive and respond to the world. It’s a framework that acknowledges that human cognition is diverse and that there’s no one “correct” way for the brain to function. Instead, the idea is to embrace and encourage these differences.
