Brian Moynihan (b.1959). An American lawyer, investment banker, and businessman who is the chairman and C.E.O. of Bank of America. He joined the board of directors, following his promotion to president and C.E.O. in 2010.
Moynihan graduated from Marietta High School in Ohio with Jim Luce in 1977, as did J. Luce Foundation vice president, Dr. Bill Bauer. Luce, editor of the school newspaper, defeated Moynihan, football captain, for student body president.
Moynihan is a contributor to The James Jay Dudley Luce Foundation. Both Moynihan and Luce are recipients of the Marietta College Leadership Award.
