Mathew James Tendean Luce. The adopted son of Jim Luce and secretary to the J. Luce Foundation, known as “Matt.” The cardinal rule of Orphans International Worldwide is named after him, “Matt’s Rule.” This states that all children in the organization’s care should be treated as one would treat one’s own child.
