    Early Life and Education

    Born and raised in Marietta, Ohio—a community rich in history along the Ohio RiverKaiser developed an early passion for journalism and photography. As editor of the Marietta High School yearbook, she cultivated editorial and leadership skills that would shape her future career. In Marietta High School she connected with Jim Luce, Bill Bauer, Mark Kelso, Brian Moynihan, and John Sands.

    She graduated in 1977 and went on to further her education at The Ohio State University, earning a Master of Arts in Instructional Design.


    Professional Career

    Kaiser began her career in local journalism, where she refined her editorial skills and deepened her dedication to community-centered storytelling. Her early experiences laid the foundation for a versatile career that spans media production, content creation, and public relations.

    Over the course of more than two decades, Kaiser held key roles at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), including Project Manager and Training Specialist. In these capacities, she demonstrated expertise in program management, instructional design, and strategic communications—skills that have been recognized and endorsed by her professional peers.
