    Taty Horoshko. A Ukrainian American artist living in New York City.

    Taty is passionate about creating portraits in all medias, including acrylic, oil, pencil, and watercolors.

    According to her website, “I am fascinated by people who are making a difference in this world and are not afraid to use their voice and stand for World Peace.”

    She runs Taty Design Studio, Inc. and co-founded of Portrait of Freedom, Inc., a nonprofit organization that supports veterans and their children through art.

    ​Born in Kiev, Ukraine, Taty received a classic art education at the National Art Academy T. Shevchenko. As a teen, she emigrated with her family to U.S. to escape the harsh realities of the Soviet Union.

    She continued to study art and design at Parsons School of Design NYC and New School for Social Research, majoring in Fashion Design and Fashion Illustration. She has since created art for Ann Taylor, LOFT, Nordstroms, Francesca of Damon, Newman Marcus, and Dior scarfs.

    Prominent collectors of her work include Ambassador John Loeb, Iris Apfel, Mitzi Perdue, Jean Shafiroff, Eric Adams, and Jim Luce.
