Greco-Roman Civilization (also known as classical antiquity). A term used by modern scholars to describe the countries and regions that were influenced by the culture, language, religion, and government of the Greeks and Romans.
This period lasted almost one thousand years, from 332 BCE to 642 CE, and had a significant impact on the Western and modern world.
