Michael Davis  Co-Founder & Managing Partner Global i365, New York        Mike has spent 17 years consulting and working in-house in the areas of diversity and inclusion, change management and organization development. Mike developed his passion for diversity work as soon as he discovered he could build a career doing so. His passion for the work comes from growing up in a multicultural family in Brooklyn and subsequent family of his own. Mike began his career as part of the global diversity and change management practices at Towers Perrin and continued as one of the founding members of The FutureWork Institute. Mike has also designed and implemented comprehensive and strategic diversity and inclusion initiatives for several global organizations.
