Norma Chu (b.1924). A Chinese American actor living on New York City who has appeared regularly as a “Chinatown” extra on the award-winning series Law & Order. She has also appeared in Happy Hour (2012), Limitless (2015) and Nous York (2012). Educated at Columbia University.
