Pato

Pato. A Spanish word for duck used in slang to define a young, boyish, passive-looking gay man, usually a “bottom” (“passivo“). Often referred to as “Twink” in English.”

This word can be insulting if used outside the LGBTQ+ community with the same level of animosity as “faggot.”
