Come on inside the house and rest here in a warm private place in the heart of Chiang Mai.
We call it a house, because we love a safe home-like atmosphere where things are simply comfortable,
kind and mindful that we look after our guests as a part of our family.
In our garden,stands an old tall Bodhi Tree, giving the house a peaceful shade of calm.
The house resembles the charm from the 1920’s of the Lanna Colonial style.
We are the only place in the old city of Chiang Mai that has 14 swimming pools.
In the neighborhood, you could walk to the vibrant weekend walking street, eat at abundant food places,
and visit the sacred ancient temples. With decades of our experience in accommodating our guests,
we want to make sure that you have a pleasant journey, because the happiness of a lifetime
may not be visible to the eyes but they stay inside.

Right in the heart of downtown Chiang Mai, the old city that never sleeps, The Inside House brings a peaceful hideaway from the vibrant neighborhood, with an elegant Lanna Colonial style residence immersed in the lush tropical landscape, with soothing sound of a calm waterfall, a shady tall Bodhi tree and a huge vertical floral garden that stretch up to the sky.
All Bedrooms and Suites are intimately private with soft neutral tones throughout, A blend of home-like retreat and a delicate Thai craftsmanship is prevalent all over the house.
THE POOL SUITES
The Pool Suites are on the first and the fourth floor. They are comfortably private and each suite’s design is lavishly unique.
The first floor suites relish the tropical hideaway,surrounded with cool refreshing fern and moss, the serene waterfall and a tall evergreen vertical garden.
The top floor suites enjoy the old city lookout of the golden Pagodas, the famous Doi Suthep temple, Chedi Luang Temple, Pra Singha Temple. Have an intimate moment, bathe under the stars in an outdoor bathtub or an outdoor shower, swim in the air with our glass-walled pools.
THE BEDROOMS
All Bedrooms are designed differently in an eclectic graceful Lanna Colonial style, each of them is built and decorated distinctively with delicate traditional art pieces handmaded by the local artists.
Relax in a garden-view semi-outdoor bathtub, and enjoy our spacious and airy balcony, or lean on any cosy daybeds to watch the evergreen Inside Forest, a vertical garden which stands at 40 meters long and 10 meters high, where the wall of green is filled with the vivid yellow Cat Claw flowers and the blossoms of the pinkish purple Malabar.

Right by the waterfall garden, a king size bed suite, a walk-in closet, large 7 meter private pool, with an outdoor victorian bathtub and an outdoor shower area. (90-110 sqm)
THE DOI SUTHEP POOL SUITE
Relaxing high-ceiling suite with a large private balcony pool, outdoor styled shower, a vertical garden and Chiang Mai sky view. (75 sqm)
THE CHEDI POOL SUITE
Overlooking the serene Bodhi Tree and the nearby Pagodas, comfortable king size bed in a high ceiling space, large 7 meter pool on the balcony, an outdoor bathtub, a victorian bathtub. (80 sqm)
THE GLASS POOL SUITES
Serene vertical garden-view suite on the top floor, with a high ceiling and a glass walled pool, outdoor bathtub. (60 sqm.)
THE CORNER POOL SUITES
Big cosy suites with king size bed, enjoy the nature in an outdoor shower and outdoor bathtub, a private 5 or 7 meter pool with a connecting room option. (70 sqm)
THE BODHI POOL SUITES
Located on the top floor, a high ceiling suite with Chiang Mai city view, a private 5 meter long sky pool, and a romantic a bathtub. (60 sqm)
THE JUNIOR POOL SUITES
Peaceful suite that features one king size bed, a jacuzzi private pool, victorian bathtub, a relaxing daybed enjoying the greenery of the garden. (55 sqm)

FOREST BEDROOMS
Comfortable king size bedroom that lets you enjoy the blossoms and the green of the vertical forest, a semi-outdoor bathtub on an airy balcony.

Private king or twin beds bedroom with Inner Court view of the calm trees or the house swimming pool, a semi-outdoor bathtub on a private balcony.
